change to standard form

I have a number of problems based on change to standard form I have tried a lot to solve them myself but in vain. Our professor has asked us to figure them out ourselves and then explain them to the entire class. I fear that I will be chosen to do so. Please help me!

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Algebra 2, Algebra 1 and Intermediate algebra. It is a truly a great piece of math software. I remember of going through difficulties with multiplying matrices, side-side-side similarity and powers. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program.
