Holla guys and gals! Recently I hired a math tutor to guide me with some topics in math . My problem areas included topics such as tenth grade math worksheets and conversion of units. Now that teacher turned out to be such a waste, that instead of helping me now I’m even more confused than I used to be. I still can’t solve problems on those topics. And the exam time is fast approaching . I need someone to help me out. Is there anything in particular that can be done to get some sort of help? I have a good set of questions to help me learn these topics, but the problem is I just can’t solve them, no matter how much effort I put in. Please help!

I maybe able to help if you can be more specific and provide details about tenth grade math worksheets. A proper computer program would be best option rather than a math tutor. After trying a number of software I found the Algebrator to be the best I have so far come across. It solves any math problem that you may want solved. It also explains all the steps (of the solution). You can just reproduce as your homework assignment. However, you should use it to learn math , and simply not use it to copy answers.

I would just add a note to what has been said above. Algebrator no doubt is the most useful tool one could have. Always use it as a guide and a means to learn and never to copy .

Ok, now I’ve heard quite a few good things about Algebrator, I think it sure is worth a try. How do I get hold of it ?

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - College Algebra, Algebra 1 and Intermediate algebra. It is a really a great piece of math software. I remember of going through problems with quadratic formula, parallel lines and angle-angle similarity. I would simply type in a problem homework, click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program.
