how to make 9th grade math multiplication and division fun for free?

I have this home assignment due and I would really be grateful if anyone can assist how to make 9th grade math multiplication and division fun for free? on which I’m stuck and don’t know how to start from. Can you give me assistance with reducing fractions, fractional exponents and percentages. I would rather get guidance from you than hire a math tutor who are very expensive . Any pointer will be really prized very much.

What exactly don't you understand about how to make 9th grade math multiplication and division fun for free?? I recall having difficulty with the same thing in Pre Algebra, so I think I could try to give you some advice on how to handle such problems. However if you want help with algebra on a long term basis, then you should purchase Algebrator, that's what I did in my Intermediate algebra, and I have to say it's amazing ! It's much cheaper than a private teacher and you can work with it anytime you want . It's very easy to use it , even if you never ever used a similar software . I would advise you to get it as soon as you can and forget about getting a math tutor . You won't regret it!
