radical expressions solver is my worst problem. Can some one assist me understand it? I am a novice at it. What book or other resource do you suggest for starting this subject?

Thanks for the advice . Algebrator is quite a extremely helpful math software. I was able to get answers to queries I had about perpendicular lines, conversion of units and side-side-side similarity. You only need to type in a problem, click on Solve and you get the all the explanation you need. You can use it for so many , like Algebra 2, Pre Algebra and Intermediate algebra. I think everyone should use Algebrator.

I remember having problems with difference of squares, mixed numbers and complex fractions. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Pre Algebra, College Algebra and Intermediate algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
