solve the compound inequalities is my worst problem. Can any one assist me understand it? I am a novice at it. What book or other resource do you suggest for starting this subject?

Hello friend , solve the compound inequalities can be really difficult if your concepts are not clear. I know this tool , Algebrator which has helped a lot of novice clarify their concepts. I have used this software many times when I was in high school and I recommend it to every beginner.

Is it really that helpful? I’m concerned because the software might not really help because it only answers the problem per ?e. I like to learn how a problem is answered and not only know the answer. Nevertheless, could you give me a link for this software?
