exponential and square root rules

Hello there, I am a high-school student and pretty soon I will have my exams in math . I was never very good in math , but now I am worried that I won't be able to finish this course. I came across exponential and square root rules and a few other algebra issues that I can’t understand . the following topics really made me panic : angle-angle similarity and subtracting fractions .Getting a tutor is impossible for me, because I don't have that kind of money. Please help me!!

Truly May Jesus save us students from the evil of exponential and square root rules. I used to face same problems that you do when I was there. I always used to be confused in College Algebra, Pre Algebra and College Algebra. I was worst in exponential and square root rules till I came to know of Algebrator.
