This story sounds familiar to me. Even though I was good in math for many years, when I began Algebra 2 there were a lot of math topics that seemed confusing. I remember I got a very bad grade when I took the test on how to solve percent increase proprtions. Now I don't have this issue anymore, I can solve anything quite easily , even exponential equations and solving inequalities. I was lucky that I didn't spend my money on a tutor, because I heard of Algebrator from a a colleague. I have been using it since then whenever I stumbled upon something hard .

I agree , a good software can do miracles . I tried a few but Algebrator is the best . It doesn't make a difference what class you are in, I myself used it in Algebra 2 and Basic Math too, so you don't have to be concerned that it's not on your level. If you never had a software before I can assure you it's not hard , you don't need to know anything about the computer to use it. You just have to type in the keywords of the exercise, and then the program solves it step by step, so you get more than just the answer.

side-angle-side similarity, logarithms and hypotenuse-leg similarity were a nightmare for me until I found Algebrator, which is truly the best algebra program that I have ever come across. I have used it frequently through several algebra classes – Pre Algebra, College Algebra and Basic Math. Just typing in the algebra problem and clicking on Solve, Algebrator generates step-by-step solution to the problem, and my algebra homework would be ready. I truly recommend the program.
