dividing monomals

I just realized that I have hardly any time left in dealing with some issues with dividing monomals. I had kept it waiting hoping that I will come across first class learning resources or somebody who can help me with binomials, percentages and graphing lines. May be, I did not search hard enough. But now I am behind schedule . It is simply tough to come across a first-class tutor to quickly teach me. It is beyond what I can give. And I need to find a fast way out. Can someone who has had the same problem advice me as to what I can do? It will be a great help.

I understand your problem because I had the same issues when I went to high school. I was very weak in math, especially in dividing monomals and my grades were really bad . I remember having problems with inequalities, adding matrices and inverse matrices. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software.
